Hey fellow YA Bookcasers!
You might have noticed a change. The YA Bookcase blog has now been switched over to my shiny new website (what do you think of our new place? I think it’s rather spiffy, but I might be be a teeny bit biased!). I felt it was about time we upgraded, because as the famous hair shampoo commercial says, “We’re worth it”!
We’re all grown up, butthere are a few little things to bear in mind. If you go to the original YA Bookcase link it will redirect you here (which you might have figured out if you’re reading this). However, if you have some friends who are members, but who haven’t made it here yet, then please pass the message on. And if you think you know someone who isn’t a member yet, but might like to be, then I might even have some free query edits for new followers and the recommend-ers!
Ahem…what are your still reading this for? Go on…let’s have a new YA Bookcaser to join the fun!
All right, I’m assuming you and our new buddy are back! Hi there – welcome to the crew! We’re going to be continuing with all our tidbits on the publishing world, reviews, giveaways, book recommendations, and such. However, I’m also going to scatter in some more things about life in general, as I always find our chats through Twitter, Facebook, and here to be very illuminating! You guys sure do keep me on my toes!
I want to take a moment to thank you all for coming with me, and for helping me to get the new website up and on its feet! If there’s anything you’d like me to talk about, or something you want to tell me, you can DM on Twitter, PM on Facebook, or comment here. It’s totally up to you!
I look forward to growing our community with you, helping each other, and making our writing world a more diverse, open, and communicative place. Here’s to opening the minds, eyes, and hearts of those around us with the art we create.
Love as always,
